Blogs Wizards is run by Astute Solutions, a software house, and edited by Shahid Anwer. You can reach us at team@blogswizards.net or through our contact page.
Using our tutorials and fixes
Our articles explain how to set up, fix and improve WordPress sites. We test our steps and correct them when we find a mistake (see our Corrections Policy), but every site, host and plugin combination is different, and WordPress, themes and plugins change over time.
- Back up first. Before you edit files, change the database or update anything, make a full backup of your site and check that you can restore it.
- You make the changes. You decide whether to follow an article and you are responsible for the changes you make to your own site, server or accounts.
- No professional advice. Our content is general information. It is not a substitute for help from your host, a developer or a security professional who can look at your site.
Reviews and links to other sites
Our reviews of themes, plugins and services are our own opinion, formed as described in our Editorial Standards. Articles link to other websites, such as WordPress.org documentation, plugin pages and the sources we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Our content
The articles, screenshots and images on Blogs Wizards belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to:
- use the steps and code snippets from our tutorials on your own sites and your clients’ sites;
- quote a short passage with a link back to the article it came from.
Please do not copy whole articles or large parts of them, or republish our images, without our written permission. WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation; other product names and logos belong to their owners. Blogs Wizards is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Comments
Comments are welcome while they are open on an article. By posting one, you allow us to publish it on the site. We may edit or remove comments that are spam, off-topic, abusive, promotional, or that share private information or harmful code. You are responsible for what you post, and you must not post anything you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Please do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam or harmful software. We may block access for anyone who does.
Limits of our responsibility
The site and its content are provided as they are, without any guarantee that they are complete, current or suitable for your purpose, or that the site will always be available. As far as the law allows, Blogs Wizards and Astute Solutions are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from following its content, including lost data, downtime or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
